CANCELLATION POLICY

Punctuality To maintain a seamless, elevated experience for all clients, punctuality is essential. Appointments delayed by more than 10 minutes may be adjusted or rescheduled at the provider’s discretion. Arrivals of 15 minutes or more will result in cancellation, and the deposit will be retained. Guest Policy To preserve a calm, intimate environment, appointments are reserved exclusively for the booked client. We kindly ask that no additional guests, children, or companions attend your appointment. *Clients under 18 must be accompanied by one parent or legal guardian. Deposit A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule one time with at least 24 hours notice and the deposit will be transferred to the rescheduled appointment. Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or, failure to show, will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required in order to rebook. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
